What to include in your message
To get the fastest, most useful reply, please include:
- Who you are — pilot, cabin crew, ATC, ground staff, travel agent, press, partner, retired crew, or other.
- What you need — a question about a deal, a correction to an article, a partnership pitch, a press request, etc.
- The article URL, if you are asking about something we have already published.
- The carrier or country, if your question is carrier- or region-specific (eligibility for benefits varies enormously between airlines).
Response times. We aim to reply within 48 hours for general enquiries and within seven working days for corrections to published articles (see our corrections process). Captain AL flies long-haul rosters, so occasional delays happen on long trips — we always reply.
