Harties Horse Trail Safaris offers guided horseback safari tours through a beautiful wildlife nature reserve. It is situated only a 1-hour’s drive from Johannesburg.

On rides, guests experience the best of beautiful, calm horses, the amazing bushveld environment and wildlife.

Wildlife that can be seen up close from horseback includes: Giraffes, Zebras, Blue Wildebeest, Nyala, Impala, Blesbuck, Kudu and more

Choose between a 1-hour ride, 2-hour ride OR a 2-hour ride with a bush picnic included!

The rides are relaxing and fun as we do not allow any running on the horses, to keep it safe for all involved.

Hotel transfers can be arranged at an additional cost but need to be booked at least 1 day in advance where ever possible.

Booking is essential.

Operating days are MONDAYS TO SATURDAYS (closed on Sundays)

Trail times are: 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm and 4 pm  (Mondays to Saturdays)
